Job opportunity: Administrative Assistant


LIVE is looking for an Administrative Assistant (part time) to assist the CEO with the day-to-day administration of the association. 

This is primarily an administrative role and requires a quick learner with solid all-round administrative, organisational and communication skills. You will be IT literate and a confident communicator, with excellent time management skills and a proven ability to work to deadline.       

Tasks will include providing overall administrative and secretarial support to LIVE, organising online meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes. In addition, you will assist the CEO with correspondence, responding to enquiries from LIVE members and others, in addition to preparing newsletters, collating data from members, posting content to our social media channels and handling website content updates.
